This is a very powerful short film about casual, every day racism; a timeless message about how we treat others. Directed by the Greek filmmaker Nancy Spetsioti.

The film, about a racist Greek family and their interaction with a dark-skinned man in a hospital waiting room, offers viewers a surprise ending that has propelled the film internationally. The point of this film is showing racism is still a huge part of our society today, and it happens so often it’s considered normal. It’s sad to see the way that some people are treated just because of the color of their skin.

“Judgements prevent us from seeing the good that lies beyond appearances.” -Dr. Wayne Dyer. The message of this video is powerful and memorable at the same time.
